Damage To Products During Postage
All of our products will be packaged carefully and appropriately prior to being shipped to ensure the safe arrival of your purchases. In rare circumstances a product may be damaged during the delivery process, in this case the store is not liable for the damage of the product, although if this does occur please contact the store to inform them of the situation. If there is damage to the product upon arrival that appears to have occurred prior to postage a refund may be offered after an assessment by our staff.

Our customers privacy and safety is of the highest importance to the store. All payments will be safely processed through eWay which is a private and secure online payment portal. As a part of the payment process our store must collect the following confidential information: your full name, email, phone number and address. This information is collected just for the purposes of providing and delivering the order. This information will only be available to Eway, Wix and our store, no other third parties will have access to this information. Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details stored.

Delivery policy
After the payment has been made for a purchase an email confirmation will be sent. The delivery of the product/goods will take between 2-8 after the payment has been confirmed. ​

PRODUCT CARE
As a lot of the artwork for sale in this store is created on paper, often the product you will receive will be rather delicate. When handling artwork on paper, you should try to touch the paper as little as possible, and avoid touching the image area entirely. If you need to handle your original artwork or print, use both hands and hold it by opposite corners (very gently) to avoid creasing. All original artwork has been created using high quality artist mediums that have been made to hold significant archival value... if cared for properly. To ensure the preservation of your purchase; when your artwork is not on display it is important to store any unframed artwork flat and in a cool, dry and dark place away from any direct sunlight. When framed and on display, if the artwork is being exposed to direct sunlight regularly, over time the artwork may start to get a yellow tinge. If you do want to display your framed artwork in a very sunny room it is best to frame your picture with a UV filtering acrylic rather than glass. It’s actually lighter than glass and will protect your art from fading or yellowing in direct sunlight. For more information on caring for your artworks please contact the store via email.
