If there is a problem with your product, you have changed your mind or you are simply not happy with your purchase, you will be able to request a full refund on your purchased product within14 days from when your product arrived. If there is a fault/defect with your product our store will cover the cost of the return shipping of your product. If you have changed your mind about your purchase and you would like a refund and there has been no problem with the product you will have to cover the return shipping cost for the product instead.
